Our esteemed client, a well-established organization, is in search of a proficient and experienced Senior Administrator to enhance their administrative team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage administrative operations to ensure optimal office efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior administrative personnel, offering guidance and support.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring all agreements are precise and current.
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule tasks, ensuring seamless operations and timely service delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Manage all aspects of contracts, maintaining accurate records.
  • Update the CRM system to guarantee the accuracy of customer and job information.
  • Execute a variety of general administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work aspects.
