- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a business development or account management role.
- Strong IT skills and adaptability to working with industry software and business management packages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Competitive salary of £30,000.
- Full-time hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8am and 10am.
- After 3-month probation period, the opportunity to trial a 4-day working week, with a 30-hour workweek and full pay.
