Job Title: Project QS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project QS Specialist to join our team at Regin Construction Services Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing effective commercial procedures across civil engineering contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing commercial procedures across civil engineering contracts.
  • Overseeing additional works processes to ensure all items beyond the contract's limit of liability are identified and captured.
  • Providing commercial insights to drive profitable growth and support the organization's long-term objectives.
  • Serving as the key commercial interface across the account on all related issues.
  • Creating, maintaining, and enforcing policies, procedures, and governance to manage commercial risk.
  • Supporting the operations team on contractual and commercial requirements and addressing any related implications of non-performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering sector.
  • Experience in managing commercial processes and procedures within civils projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • HND/degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
