About the Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing site progress, order demand, resource, and cost. You will work closely with operational managers, maintenance, and systems teams to ensure the site is operating to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site progress, order demand, resource, and cost to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Lead by example, driving front-line managers to perform to the highest standards
  • Support coaching and development needs of front-line managers to ensure they have the skills to motivate and manage team members
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team and Trade Unions to identify and drive continuous improvements
  • Set achievable seasonal targets for the division while maintaining a safe working environment and high-quality standards
