About the Role
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE Retail. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.34 p/h plus 20% on target commission.
- Online GP – Giving you access to a GP via telephone or video 24/7 for both you and your immediate family, fully funded by us.
- Market leading paid carer's leave, up to 2 weeks off for carers to give that bit of extra support to our colleagues who are caring for family or friends who are disabled, ill or elderly.
- Family Leave - Equalised maternity, paternity, and adoption leave and it gives all parents 18 weeks full pay and 8 weeks half pay in the first year however they choose to grow their family.
