Retail Sales Associate at The Entertainer

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associates to become part of The Entertainer team within a Tesco location.
This exciting partnership with Tesco allows customers to explore a wide variety of toy brands conveniently located in a Tesco Superstore or Extra.
As a member of our team, you will oversee your designated toy sections in our uniquely branded area. Your role will involve delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our clientele, ensuring that shelves are consistently stocked and accurately priced, and providing assistance with any inquiries related to toys, utilizing your growing expertise in the field.
With the guidance of your remote Entertainer Manager, you will undertake responsibilities such as managing stock presentation, replenishing inventory, overseeing pricing and promotional activities, and ensuring that the toy selection remains current and well-stocked.
Bringing a high level of enthusiasm is essential for this distinctive position, where self-motivation, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong sense of pride in your work are key attributes.
Key Aspects of the Retail Sales Associate Role
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7pm
- Contract for 12 hours per week

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing merchandising, deliveries, restocking, and pricing
- Conducting initial checks at the start of shifts to ensure pricing accuracy, stock levels, and overall presentation
- Maintaining a well-organized, replenished, and clean section
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and your Line Manager
- Engaging with customers in the aisles, initiating conversations, and leveraging your toy knowledge to enhance sales
