Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and develop meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Build and maintain a client base through consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Communicate features and benefits of merchandise to customers, and suggest sales techniques to appeal to their needs.
  • Display a positive and energetic attitude, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage basic store operations, including processing shipments, merchandising goods, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, and create strong partnerships with other brand associates and managers.
  • Schedule flexibility and dependability are essential.
  • Contribute to the store reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of prior Luxury Brand retail experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships.
  • Currently living in or commutable distance to London.
  • Pass Harrods store approval.
  • Flexible schedule, available at weekends and able to work shifts until 21:30.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic and FE speakers are a bonus.
