We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associates to become part of The Entertainer team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing toy sections within our dedicated retail space.

The collaboration between The Entertainer and Tesco has created a unique shopping experience, allowing customers to explore a wide variety of toy brands conveniently.

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary duties will include ensuring an exceptional shopping environment for our customers, maintaining well-stocked and accurately priced shelves, and assisting shoppers with any inquiries related to toys, utilizing your growing knowledge in this area.

With guidance from your remote manager, you will engage in tasks such as organizing merchandise, replenishing stock, overseeing pricing and promotions, and keeping the toy selection fresh and appealing.

Bringing a positive attitude and self-motivation will be essential in this role, where independence and pride in your work are highly valued.

Key Aspects of the Retail Sales Associate Role

  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7pm
  • Contract of 12 hours per week
  • Flexible shift patterns with advance notice

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

  • Merchandising, managing deliveries, restocking, and overseeing pricing
  • Conducting checks at the beginning of shifts to ensure pricing accuracy and stock levels
  • Keeping the area well-organized, stocked, and tidy
  • Maintaining open communication with team members and management
  • Interacting with customers, initiating conversations, and leveraging your toy knowledge to enhance sales
