About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC (PSNI) standards and operational requirements.
  • Provide direct line management support to team members and contribute to the development of their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with Regional Healthcare Managers to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
