Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Manage the pharmacy's stock, operational, and GPhC standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Regional Healthcare Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the skills of the pharmacy team.
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and commercial operations.
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy environment.
