Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with complex surgical, urological, and nephrological conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and experience
- Registered Nurse with a degree or diploma in nursing
- Significant post-registration experience in a relevant specialty, including acute paediatric nursing
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and supporting a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to demonstrate clinical decision-making and judgment, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
