Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Hertfordshire sexual health team in managing stock and resources, maintaining client management systems, and providing excellent customer service to young people and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor stock and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support program operations
  • Communicate effectively with young people, agencies, and stakeholders to promote the online free condom scheme and STI testing
  • Collaborate with local outreach organizations to target vulnerable populations and deliver tailored services
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and reporting

METRO Charity is a leading provider of sexual health services in Hertfordshire, working in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare Trust (CLCH) to deliver our Integrated Sexual Health Service (ISHS). Our team is fully integrated and co-located within CLCH's services, delivering outreach activities in the local community tailored to local needs.
