Position Overview:

Bromcom Computers is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Finance team during a period of significant growth. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices and expenses using Spendesk, ensuring compliance with company policies and authorization protocols.
  • Upload invoices and expenses into Sage 50 accounting software.
  • Oversee the wallet management on Spendesk.
  • Allocate cash transactions between Spendesk and Sage.
  • Generate reports on departmental expenses.
  • Maintain and update bank reconciliations in both Spendesk and Sage systems.
  • Assist in the daily management of cash flow and weekly reporting.
  • Support the finance team with processing payments and receipts related to educational services.
  • Provide coverage for various roles and tasks within the finance department as needed.
  • Deliver administrative assistance to the finance team.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the ongoing needs of the finance department.
Job Requirements:

This position requires a commitment of four days per week. The successful candidate will report directly to the Management Accountant.
