Position Overview:
PIB Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement and Retention Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships.
Role Objective:
The primary responsibility of this role is to promote insurance products directly to clients through both proactive outreach and incoming inquiries. This includes leveraging leads generated from PIB Group's network to sell insurance solutions and maintain client relationships, aiming to meet or exceed established sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, addressing their needs with our offerings.
- Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the overall goals of the team and organization.
- Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by various business units.
- Retain and enhance revenue streams by renewing policies and preventing cancellations.
- Approach each day with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.
- Utilize scripts and call guides to ensure consistent communication.
- Take ownership of personal performance and workload management.
- Stay informed about the latest offers and savings available to PIB Group clients.
- Meet or exceed quality assessment targets.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Team Leaders or Management.
