Customer Engagement & Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement & Development Manager to join our team at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP). As a key member of our Customer Directorate, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and involvement across our organisation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation that prioritises customer-centricity. You will be responsible for promoting and growing customer engagement and involvement, ensuring that customer views consistently drive and shape our services in line with our Regulatory Standards and Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with managers across the organisation to embed meaningful, outcome-focused customer involvement.
  • Provide training, guidance, and attend local engagement events to promote awareness of LHP's strategic activities.
  • Design, deliver, and develop innovative activities to provide customers with opportunities to influence LHP services, strategy, and policies.
  • Create a network of customer groups and connectors to deliver proactive change and development of services.
  • Partner with local authorities, customer groups, and stakeholders to add community value and provide opportunities for social mobility and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and knowledge of how to deal with regulatory and legislative developments.
  • Understanding of the Regulatory Consumer Standards and their impact on LHP, its stakeholders, and customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
