Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Kitchen team in creating exceptional, bespoke cuisine that reflects Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester's 3 Michelin stars
  • Contribute to the day-to-day production of food in the Alain Ducasse Kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to recipes and methods
  • Show flexibility and creativity in responding to diners' special requests and challenges

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in English, as it is the primary language used in our hotel
