About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Specialist to join our Bauer Academy Team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering work-based learning solutions for our people across Bauer Media Group and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Learning Specialist and Head of Learning Solutions to identify training needs and co-create innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their training needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in education and training.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree-level qualification in a field such as education, media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a media or creative industry.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in digital transformation and related areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
