Join Our Team as a Liability Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage a diverse portfolio of Liability claims. This role involves:

  • Operating remotely within the Northern Home Counties/North London area, overseeing a caseload of up to 80 Liability claims.
  • Handling various types of claims including Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Product Liability, and Construction Liability.
  • Conducting thorough site investigations, managing claims from inception to resolution, and liaising with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and industry experts.
  • Assessing liability determinations, controlling expenditure, and negotiating satisfactory claim settlements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in Liability Claims Adjusting with a proven success record.
  • Familiarity with Construction All Risks (CAR) and tree root claims is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Progress towards obtaining professional qualifications is considered a benefit.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills complemented by strong organizational capabilities.
