About the Role

This is a permanent position with guaranteed hours of 18 per week over 3 days. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Take food and beverage orders and serve guests
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
