Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly flexible and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Front of House Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide support cover at various units under the direction of the Operations Manager.

Key Tasks:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our high standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations with confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards, including COSHH and HACCP.
