Job Opportunity: V7 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join their client, a reputable main contractor in the social housing sector.
About the Role:
- Manage contracts for retrofit and refurbishment projects on social housing schemes.
- Collaborate with the quality manager to ensure projects meet high standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and processes to improve contract management and project delivery.
