About the Role:

The AMS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of our office facilities, including cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and security services.
  • Develop and implement sustainable practices to reduce the company's environmental impact.
  • Lead the opening of new offices or relocation as part of our 5-year growth strategy.
  • Negotiate with and manage contracts for facilities-related services.
  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all Group facilities to ensure they meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Work with the Group Finance Team to develop and manage the annual office/facilities budget.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new starters and leavers.
  • Support company culture initiatives, including organising social activities and monthly socials.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Office Management, with a proven track record in managing a diverse range of facilities services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of employee, contractors, and external vendors.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of people and contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address maintenance issues and improve facilities operations.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail in planning, prioritisation, and execution of tasks.
