About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager to join our team at VantagePoint. As an Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and effective project governance is followed in line with our delivery methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project financials, budget, and resourcing, while collaborating closely with delivery teams on a variety of transformation projects.
  • Track project progress, ensuring work is delivered according to schedule, and manage project risks and change management.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure adherence to the appropriate delivery methodologies and the use of suitable tools for clients.
  • Join forces with different teams across VantagePoint on the preparation of RFPs and sales proposals.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to project teams, especially more junior team members.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, such as Agile.
  • Extensive business consulting and project management experience in a technology domain, preferably in ERP, EPM, or CPM.
  • A bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in resource management within a project environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects running concurrently.
