**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance/Regional Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for controlling the finances of our UK companies, managing budgets, and reviewing financial reports.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the financial performance of our UK companies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with our investor team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our fund administrators, Group Finance team, and key third-party service providers.
  • Manage the treasury function, including cash flow forecasting and regular updates to inform future drawdowns and requirements.
  • Ensure operational best practices in portfolio companies, including accounting, payroll, expenses, tax, legal, and other matters.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a degree-level education.
  • Experience in funds or other financial services, real estate, or development companies.
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strong technical skills in statutory reporting and tax structuring.
  • Commercial and creative with a growth mindset, able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
