Head of Finance/Regional Financial Director

Job Summary:

FD Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance/Regional Financial Director to join their team in London. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for controlling the company's finances, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including management accounts, statutory accounts, and taxes
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, fund administrators, and third-party service providers
  • Manage the company's treasury function, including cash flow forecasting and regular updates
  • Ensure operational best practices in portfolio companies, including accounting, payroll, expenses, tax, legal, and other matters

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a degree-level education
  • Experience in funds or other financial services/real estate/development companies
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
  • Strong technical skills in statutory reporting and tax structuring
  • Commercial and creative with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude

Working Arrangements:
