We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional levels of care and support to our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and training to colleagues on mental health best practices
- Contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. You will also need to have experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
