Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our business operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and databases.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working order.
  • Support the coordination of care professional retention activities, including newsletters and birthday cards.
  • Provide project administration support to ensure successful project implementation and timely adoption.
  • Support care professionals in completing their care certificate and conducting shadowing visits and care professional observations.
  • Complete client reviews and support with compliance.
  • Undertake any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms.
  • Proven experience in office administration within a busy office environment.
  • Experience of supporting projects and working to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and able to work flexibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the confidence to work alone.
