Electrical Panel Assembler Job Description

Vertiv is seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Assembler to join our team in Derry, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling electrical panels and electromechanical systems to engineering drawings and production timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical panels and electromechanical systems to engineering drawings and production timescales.
  • Apply good workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained for the products both in the factory and at customers' premises.
  • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to fitting, building, or construction of various parts to ensure a smooth process of component amalgamation.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working on assembly of both mechanical and electrical equipment and electromechanical systems.
  • Good electro/mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering tools and electrical hand tools and equipment including torquing.
  • Maturity and engineering practicality.
