Electrical Panel Assembler

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder (Operative) to join our team at TES NI Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and assembling electrical control panels and switchgear products to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and assemble electrical control panels and switchgear products accurately and effectively on time, on target cost, and in line with our safety standards.
- Understand the scope and requirements of the panel design from wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Installation problem-solving, testing, and inspection of final products.
- Maintain a quality service by establishing and implementing Company standards.
- Act within the Company's policies and procedures as set out in the Employee handbook.
- Previous experience in panel/switchgear/motor control panel building.
- Ability to interpret panel design from wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Understanding of electrical controls and LV power components.
- Familiarity with electrical controls and panel assembly/fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to deadlines.
- Understanding of and a willingness to implement Health & Safety issues.
