About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents, promoting independence, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support care staff in providing high-quality care to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management and care planning
  • Lead a team of staff and work collaboratively with families to ensure a seamless care experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
