About the Role:

Schmidt is seeking an experienced Sales Designer to join our team. As a Sales Designer, you will be responsible for working with customers to bring their interior design dreams to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discuss customers' ideas and dreams to understand their design requirements
  • Deliver project presentations to showcase our ultra-customisable product portfolio
  • Take measurements at customers' homes to ensure accurate designs
  • Guide customers to the right products to meet their needs
  • Create designs using CAD software and bring them to life with virtual reality glasses
  • Put together project quotations and process sales documents
  • Liaise with the project team and be the customers' contact point throughout the process
  • Conduct approval inspections after installation to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous customer-facing sales experience
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Great working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ambitious to learn, grow, and excel in the role
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to work with people
  • Relentlessly helpful and willing to go the extra mile for customers
  • Organised with an eye for detail to keep projects on track
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
