Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
