Job Title: Asia Travel Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced travel sales professional to join our team as an Asia Travel Specialist. As a key member of our luxury travel sales team, you will be responsible for selling high-end holidays to Asia and Southeast Asia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our experienced travel team to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Utilize our company's framework to create personalized holiday experiences, communicate the value, and provide reflection to clients.
  • Meet challenging booking targets while achieving excellent customer satisfaction scores and developing long-term relationships with clients.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the improvement of our travel service by working with the rest of the travel team.
  • Collaborate with the product team to enhance the holiday 'product' provided.
  • Support the marketing team in producing content.
  • Build relationships with our travel agent partners.
Requirements:
  • A passion for and knowledge of Asia and Southeast Asia.
  • Relevant travel industry sales experience, with 2-3 years of selling holidays to India and/or Sri Lanka.
  • A desire to focus on sales within your medium-term career progression.
  • Natural communication skills, with an ability to build relationships and excellent telephone communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • A positive and energetic outlook, with a willingness to put yourself out of your comfort zone.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Good general literacy.
  • A desire to learn and be proactive in doing so.
  • A passion for providing something extraordinary.
Training:

The job will start with a month's intensive training, focusing on our company's sales process and helping our customers push their comfort zones and have a holiday adventure.
