Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our experienced travel team to provide exceptional service to clients, building strong relationships and delivering top-class results.
  • Utilize our company framework to create personalized travel experiences, communicate the value, and exceed client expectations.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the improvement of our travel service by working collaboratively with the team.
  • Support the product team in enhancing our holiday offerings.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Asia and Southeast Asia, with a strong knowledge of the region.
  • Relevant travel industry sales experience, with a focus on selling holidays to India and/or Sri Lanka.
  • Desire to focus on sales within your medium-term career progression.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused approach and a positive, energetic outlook.
  • Good organizational skills and general literacy.
