About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious Sales Consultant to join our team at Paul Smith. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our brand image and culture, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand information.
- Maximizing sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining a high level of visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
- Utilizing in-store technology to enhance the customer experience and process transactions efficiently.
