Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our used car department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the appraisal and maintenance of our used car inventory to ensure it is accurately priced and presented to customers.
  • Sales Team Supervision: Work closely with and supervise our sales consultants to ensure they meet individual and departmental sales goals and quotas.
  • Online Presence: Maintain our online inventory to ensure our vehicles are advertised aggressively and effectively.
  • Customer Support: Assist sales consultants in closing sales as needed and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in ADP, V-Auto, and a CRM tool to effectively manage our sales and inventory processes.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Possess 3+ years of automotive experience and a proven track record of success in used car sales management.

Job Requirements:
