About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior D365 Functional Consultant to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions. As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in implementing and optimizing their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in implementing and optimizing their D365 CE platform
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 CE features and best practices
Requirements
  • 12-18 months of experience as a D365 Functional Developer on the CE side
  • Desire to work directly with stakeholders and develop customer-facing skills
  • Experience working with Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of D365 CE and its applications
