Position OverviewEcclesiastical Insurance Group is in search of a skilled Risk and Compliance Lead to join their dedicated team.
This role encompasses overseeing the Annual Risk and Compliance Monitoring Program, working in close partnership with the Heads of Risk and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities- Meet established objectives and performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to KPIs and objectives, prioritizing client satisfaction
- Champion company values and culture across the organization
- Manage regulatory obligations and breach responses
- Accurately and promptly complete FCA regulatory submissions
- Implement training and competence development plans
- Conduct audits to uphold compliance standards
- Assist colleagues and leadership in achieving shared goals
- Possess a recognized industry qualification
- Commitment to obtaining the ICO Advanced Certificate in Compliance
- Strong skills in business relationship management
- Familiarity with FCA and other regulatory frameworks
