Job Overview

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Registered with the relevant engineering authority or the capability to pursue registration
  • Experience in the maintenance of helicopter and aircraft fleets is advantageous
  • Proficient in Root Cause Analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and process enhancement initiatives
  • Capable of working collaboratively with engineering teams and technicians on the production floor
  • Familiarity with the assembly, integration, and testing of components, assemblies, and systems
  • Background in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize engineering principles to investigate technical, operational, and quality-related challenges
  • Formulate engineering solutions for product and process-related issues
  • Conduct analyses, perform failure investigations, and troubleshoot to identify root causes
  • Design and execute improvements for products and processes
  • Independently tackle complex problems to develop effective solutions

Work Authorization: Candidates must possess valid legal authorization to work in the UK

Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance is mandatory
