Job Overview

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Registered with the relevant engineering council or the capability to pursue registration
  • Previous experience in the maintenance of helicopter and aircraft fleets is advantageous
  • Proficient in Root Cause Analysis, problem resolution, and enhancement initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and technicians on the production floor
  • Experience in the assembly, integration, and testing of components, assemblies, and systems
  • Familiarity with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) practices and environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize engineering principles to investigate technical, operational, and quality-related challenges
  • Formulate engineering solutions for product and process-related concerns
  • Conduct analysis, perform failure investigations, and troubleshoot to identify root causes
  • Design and execute improvements for products and processes
  • Independently tackle complex problems to devise effective solutions

Work Authorization: Candidates must possess valid legal authorization to work in the UK

Security Clearance: Capability to secure a UK security clearance is mandatory
