We are seeking a Smart Metering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a home-based role that requires occasional travel (approximately once a week).
Compensation:
Negotiable pay structure with options for Day Rate through Umbrella and PAYE arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in Smart Metering to ensure the organization is prepared to adopt and implement Smart Metering capabilities.
- Establish and maintain Smart Metering standards, both in terms of systems and processes, and devise strategies for their implementation within the organization.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to enhance capabilities and ensure alignment with the organization’s Smart Metering objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process design and implementation.
- Ability to balance operational needs with commercial considerations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Smart Metering industry from various stakeholder perspectives, including manufacturers, installers, DCC, and customers.
- Experience in deploying Smart Metering capabilities within an organization.
- Track record of working on complex and technical projects.
