Job Summary: We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Director / Group Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth through strategic account management. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, needs, and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage the relationship between the agency and its clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client objectives.
  2. Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  3. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  5. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 6+ years' experience in a similar position, either agency-side or client-side.
  2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns, including TTL, CRM, Social, and Print.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  5. Creative Thinking: Knowledge of the creative process and ability to effectively communicate creative ideas to clients.
  6. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and opportunities.
