Key Responsibilities

  • Curate a welcoming environment that meets the needs of our occupiers and visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the destination's reputation and appeal
  • Manage events and activities that promote the destination and engage with customers
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback, using insights to inform service improvements
  • Support the Occupier and Customer Manager in identifying event opportunities and generating interest
