Role Responsibilities
The Consultant in Acute Medicine will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality medical care to patients with urgent health needs.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient assessment and treatment.
- Overseeing the operational efficiency of the Acute Medicine Department.
- Developing and implementing clinical protocols to enhance patient safety and care quality.
- Providing mentorship and training to junior medical staff, fostering their professional development.
- Engaging in educational initiatives and clinical audits to improve service delivery.
