Morson Talent is delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading aerospace organisation to recruit a Subcontract Manager for an initial 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontract relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
- Monitor and report on subcontract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:
