Job Description

**Subcontract Manager Opportunity**

Morson Talent is delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading aerospace organisation to recruit a Subcontract Manager for an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontract relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Monitor and report on subcontract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure subcontract requirements are met and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in subcontract management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
