Creative Services Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Services Director to lead our internal creative department and drive creative strategy for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background in creative event agencies, with experience in leading big picture creative strategy and concept development. They will also have a proven track record of managing a team of creatives, including resource planning and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Drive creative strategy and direction for specific project work
- Oversee quality control through project implementation in relation to creative output
- Collaborate closely with internal project delivery, account management and production teams
- Take the lead on pitch delivery
- Work with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Attend events onsite to ensure effective implementation of creative solutions
- Lead a team of creatives, including development, KPI setting & individual growth plans
- Allocate resource within the team and upscale with freelancers where required
- Support the Executive Creative Director on the creative direction of the business
