Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Acute Medical team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, safe, and effective care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess, investigate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with undifferentiated healthcare problems.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with the medical and nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior clinicians and nursing staff.
  • Participate in audit, research, and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and services.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
  • Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.
