Project Overview:
Ferrovial Construction has a long-standing relationship with major infrastructure projects, focusing on delivering complex assignments to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Our experience includes a variety of airside and landside projects, asset rehabilitation, and critical infrastructure upgrades.
Role Summary:
The Site Manager will oversee the construction site operations, ensuring that project delivery aligns with client objectives while upholding health and safety, quality, environmental standards, and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple ongoing projects to meet specified quality and performance metrics.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, commercial teams, engineers, and surveyors to ensure safe project completion.
- Maximizing the commercial performance of contracts.
- Producing accurate and comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and external partners.
- Demonstrating advanced computer literacy and holding a valid CSCS card.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving project success and ensuring that all stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded.
