Position Overview

As a Lead Tax Advisor, you will deliver expert verbal and written guidance on tax investigations to assist a diverse clientele, including accountants, professionals, business proprietors, and individuals.
This position necessitates prior experience working with HM Revenue & Customs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced, specialized technical advice to create innovative solutions that enhance client value.
  • Manage complex compliance issues, address inquiries from HM Revenue & Customs, and review technical correspondence, guidance, and legislation.
  • Utilize relationships, technology, and social platforms to establish a presence with both current clients and a broader network of professional contacts, enhancing the visibility of IPS Group's expertise.
  • Apply your existing skills and experience to cultivate a specialized area of interest and knowledge within the team, expanding the range of technical proficiency.
  • Collaborate with the broader organization to enhance knowledge and awareness of our comprehensive service offerings, identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Foster strong working relationships and promote a team culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical discussion to achieve collective objectives.
  • Conduct all interactions with clients, contacts, and team members with honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and building trust.

This role offers a flexible working policy, requiring one day per month in the office, with the remainder of your time working remotely.
Compensation: £50,000 - £50,000
