Position Title: Senior Project Professional - Delivery

Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of both internal and external projects.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports, analyzing schedule variances using Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project management tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to manage procurement processes and track monthly expenditures.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports to the Senior Project Manager and, eventually, to the Senior Management team.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a project management environment.
  • Strong analytical skills in project reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 or other project planning software.
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., APMQ or Prince2).
